seánimals: New Garden City, Xinbei, Taiwan; An Englishman in Taiwan, co-founder of both www.AnimalsTaiwan.org and www.spca.org.tw, now rescuing dogs with my third org, Taiwan Animal S.O.S., with fellow animal advocate Anri. We're also building a stray and wild animal rescue centre in the Wulai mountains, just outside Taipei, and creating a national, wiki-based animal-rescue network.
